San Jose

San Jose is a major part of Silicon Valley when it comes to its economics, cultures, and political backgrounds. It is the largest city in Northern California. With an estimated population of over 1 Million people, it is also the third most populated city in California (after Los Angeles and San Diego) and the 10th most populated in the United States. San Jose was founded in 1777. But since then, a large amount of high-technology engineering, computer, and microprocessor companies around San Jose has led the area to be known as Silicon Valley.

Downtown San Jose

Downtown San Jose is a place where people come to live and play. It offers upscale urban living and has become a trademark. Google, Zoom, and HP are just some of the large companies here in the downtown area. ​​There are plenty of nightlife adventures as well as fine dining, opera and art galleries. San Jose invites parents to bring their children to play at two of the most renowned museums in Northern California - the Children's Discovery Museum and the Tech Museum of Innovation. Downtown San Jose offers the convenience of being close to major transportation routes such as Highways 87, 280, 101 and 880. We can't forget CalTrain and the VTA which are also close by!

Willow Glen

Willow Glen is full of vintage California charm and character. This upscale neighborhood has a cozy, small-town feeling, and is found in the middle of Silicon Valley. It even has its own “Downtown,” on Lincoln Avenue, complete with coffee shops, boutiques, margarita bars, and some must-try restaurants. Many of the homes are tiled roof Spanish-style houses built in the 1920s and 1930s, that have been immaculately restored by their owners. It's a place where generations of families have set their roots and don't plan on leaving. Willow Glen is a place where you can easily walk or ride your bike into downtown or nearby trails and parks. Willow Glen is truly a great place to call home for all ages whether you're in your 20’s or 50’s.

Los Gatos

Los Gatos is located at the southwest corner of San Jose, right on the edge of the Santa Clara Valley in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Los Gatos offers rural, suburban and a modern living lifestyle. Containing beautiful luxury real estate just a few short minutes from world renowned Silicon Valley. Within Downtown Los Gatos, there are plenty of great fine dining and shops to be explored. Additionally, it is home to Netflix and Roku Headquarters. Los Gatos is further away from the big city meaning there is not only lower crime rates, but it also provides more privacy and a great place to raise children. Santa Clara

Santa Clara One of California’s oldest settlements, Santa Clara features tree-lined streets that have a variety of ornate Victorian homes and community parks. Santa Clara offers a major shopping mall, a world famous swim center, and great tech companies like Intel and Nvidia. The best known landmark remains the Mission Santa Clara de Asis, the eighth of California’s 21 missions. Although little of the original building remains, a rebuilt church is situated among the roses and palm trees of the historic gardens on the grounds of Santa Clara University. Founded in 1851, the college is California’s oldest operating institution of higher learning. Today it is thriving with more than 8,000 students and offering a wide range of programs.

Saratoga

Beautiful Saratoga, lies at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It’s highly sought-after real estate is complemented by a rich collection of wineries, parks, public gardens and cultural attractions. Downtown Saratoga is a picturesque creekside village set against a backdrop of redwood-covered mountains. The City of Saratoga is an attractive residential community with excellent schools and unique characteristics. The community has a quaint historic downtown district, known as "Saratoga Village," which offers great unique shops.

Cupertino

Directly West of San Jose, this suburban hub’s claim to fame is serving as Apple’s global headquarters. This spacious town is a great choice for those who want to experience the quintessential tech lifestyle. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, Cupertino is about 20 minutes from the San Jose International Airport. Cupertino is also known for its excellent public schools and the always thriving De Anza College. You'll find that the City of Cupertino is quickly becoming a city that tech savvy people like to talk about.

Campbell

Technically a San Jose suburb, Campbell is one of the most popular destinations for young professionals. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the well-developed Downtown area with events year round. It is home to South Bay's most popular festivities including Christmas in Campbell. The City of Campbell has something to offer for everyone. It is close to major freeways for commuting and even a light rail for those who prefer public transportation. Sunnyvale
